What actually protects your account and your calls.
This isn't a marketing list. It's what's actually built, today.
Your identity
- Every account is verified by a real phone number before it can send or receive a call request — not optional, not skippable.
- Sign in with Google or Apple, then phone verification, every single signup — social login alone is never enough to create an account.
Your money
- Klozapp never holds your money, ever. Every payment is collected and released by a licensed payment processor — we only ever send instructions, we never touch funds directly.
- Creators are paid once a call actually happens, not the moment it's booked, so a call that goes wrong can still be made right before anyone is paid.
Your calls
- If a fan wants to record a call, the creator has to explicitly agree first — and the recording happens entirely on the fan's own device. Klozapp's servers never receive, transmit, or store it.
- Every account can block and report any other account, on any profile, at any time.
Creator verification
- Every creator talks to a real person on our team before they're verified — a short call, scheduled at a time that works for them, not an automated approval.
- The verification badge only appears after that conversation happens. It isn't something anyone can buy or unlock on their own.
