1. Who can use Klozapp

You must be an adult under the law of your country to create an account or book a call on Klozapp. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

2. Your account

You create an account by signing in with Google or Apple and verifying a real phone number by SMS code. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.

A creator account is a normal account with extra capabilities enabled by Klozapp after review — being a creator does not create a second, separate identity.

3. How booking works

A fan sends a request to a creator with a topic and a short message, against that creator's current price, call length, and topic list. The creator reviews it and either declines or accepts with a specific date and time they choose — there is no negotiation or counter-offer inside Klozapp.

Once a creator accepts, the fan has a limited window to pay before the request lapses. A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed.

Klozapp does not guarantee that any creator will respond to or accept a request.

4. Payment and commission

Payments are collected and released by a licensed payment processor, not by Klozapp directly — Klozapp never holds your funds. Klozapp charges a commission on each booking, deducted from the price before the creator is paid; the commission rate is set by Klozapp and may change over time.

A creator is paid once a call is completed, not at the moment it's booked.

5. Cancellations

A fan can cancel a pending or accepted request before the call happens. A creator can decline a request before accepting it. Klozapp does not currently offer a reschedule option — a cancelled booking has to be requested again from the start.

6. No-shows and calls that don’t go as planned

If a creator doesn't show up, or leaves the call substantially early, the fan is refunded and the creator is not paid for that call.

If a fan doesn't show up and the creator was present and waited a reasonable amount of time, the creator keeps a portion of the price as compensation for their time; the remainder is refunded to the fan.

Any call that ends early in a way that doesn’t clearly fit either of the above goes to manual review rather than an automatic outcome either way.

7. Conduct

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or unsolicited or repeated contact with a creator outside a request the creator has accepted. Klozapp does not allow fans to message creators directly outside the booking flow, by design.

Don't attempt to arrange payment, contact, or a call outside of Klozapp to avoid our commission or safety mechanisms.

Block and report are available on every account, at any time, for any reason.

8. Account suspension and termination

Klozapp may warn, suspend, or ban an account for violating these terms, with a reason provided. We never withhold funds you are owed as a form of punishment — account consequences and money are handled separately.

9. Call recording

A fan may ask to record a call; it only happens if the creator explicitly agrees, and the recording is made entirely on the fan's own device. Klozapp is never a party to that recording.

10. Disclaimers

Klozapp connects fans and creators; we are not a party to the conversation that happens on a call, and we do not guarantee the conduct, availability, or content of any user. Use good judgment, and use report and block when something is wrong.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Klozapp changes. We’ll update the date below when we do, and material changes will be communicated in the app.
